.We should provide two bars of 12 mm at the bottom of plinth beam similarly provide two  bars of mini 10 mm diameter at the top of the plinth beam

. Concrete cover for the plinth beam should not be  25mm and the diameter of stirrups should not be less than 6 mm. 

. The spacing of stirrups 15o mm should be sufficient,
