STEP 1-
FIND OUT VOLUME --
If we are going to do excavation for the column suppose we have 4 column for same dimension length of columns footing is 5' and width is 5' and the depth is 4' so volume of the footing 1 footing is equal to length of 1 footing multiply by width of 1 footing and by depth of footing'
therefore
volume for 1 footing
given Data
L = 5'
W = 5'
D = 4'
V = ?
V = L x W x D
V = 5 X 5 X 4
V = 100 ft³
NOTE:-we have 4 footings of column so
VOLUME OF 4 FOOTING = 4 x volume of 1 footing
TOTAL VOLUME = 4 X 100
TOTAL VOLUME = 400 Ft³
STEP 2-
Its Price-
cost of excavation per cubic feet = 20
that mean..
1 Cub ft = 20/Rs
SO
Total cost/Price = 20 x total volume
Total cost/ price = 20 x 400
total cost / price = 8000₹
